SPA SERVICE POLICY

 

Reservations and Appointments:

Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. For par ties of five and larger, a 20% managing & gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.

24-hour cancellation policy:

Reserving time with us will guarantee your appointment. Nothing is charged if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours prior notice. For cancellations within fewer than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged 50% of the full service price.

 

Product Return Policies:

Any defective products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate.

 

Check In:

We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

 

Late Arrivals:

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.

 

Cell Phone and Pager Etiquette:

To guarantee a relaxing visit for all Art of Natural Beauty Center guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are accepted for exceptional services. Of course, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your personal satisfaction.
