How does it work?
The laser emits gentle pulses of energy that pass through the skin into the follicle of the hair. Your first session the laser simply shocks the follicle and with each proceeding session it slowly destroys and eliminates it so that hair can never grow there again.
Is it painful?
This treatment causes minimal discomfort often described to feel like the snapping of a rubber band. Slight redness or targeted swelling may result but will subside within 24 hours.
How many treatments are required?
Typically patients witness best results after 6 sessions. However this number varies based upon skin tone, hair color, and several other medical factors that your technician will discuss upon your consultation.
